Advertising Sales and Lead Generation

We run not-for-profit newspapers. We provide advertising including advertorials to diverse businesses. Advertorials are articles paid by businesses that seek to promote their products or services through paid articles / editorial content/ We need a sales team to help solicit and successfully recruitment advertising in our newspapers. Your responsibilities: - Contact Local Businesses seeking to potentially advertise through advertorials - Prepare and negotiate advertising and sales contracts Your qualifications: - Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills - Excellent analytical and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at once - Will be available to promptly return calls/emails to prospects - Able to have a general idea and grasp of what we do and offer (Internet-based Marketing) - Ability to research prospective prospects (via Google Local Search, etc.) This is a commission based job. You will get 20% of each lead you generate for us. So don't ask for any upfront or hourly price.
