REAL ESTATE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WANTED.

We are a Real Estate Investing company poised for aggressive growth and mentored by Fortune builders and is now looking for a Virtual Assistant to work 10 to 15 hours a week taking incoming phone calls from buyers and sellers. We are looking for someone reliable who has some flexibility in their schedule as these calls can come in at all times during the day. Customer service or sales experience is preferred. You must feel comfortable on the phone talking with people. Job Description: - Take 3 to 10 incoming calls a day from both buyers, sellers, and setting appointments. - You will be filling out scripts and entering leads into a database. -Contacting Leads to evaluate what type of lead it can be. - You will have to then run CMA's ¿ Competitive Market Analysis on the property to enter into the database as well. - You will also be doing online marketing to generate additional real estate leads from posting ads on craigslist, to searching the MLS, to more advanced online lead generation efforts. - Other marketing projects may be given to you as well. - Hours may increase depending on skills and computer skills. - Online marketing experience a definite plus. Requirements -Real Estate Investing Assistant Experience, or Realtor Assistant -Spanish speaking preferably, not mandatory -Excellent time management -Detailed oriented -Highly Organized -Action Driven -Resourcefulness -Proactive and take initiative We have a lot of tools in place, we just need to have Systems developed to have checks and balances for the Tasks needed, through time new activities might be needed.
