Need an Online Marketing Experts for Social Networking iPhone app

I need an Online Marketing experts. If you can target Japanese users, that will be a plus point. I need to hire “the best” for 1 week at starting. If things goes well, then we can continue for another week.

Final target, my iPhone app should be downloaded by many number of users. Whatever strategy you can use, you’re welcome like press release, blog content writing, facebook posts, twitter tweets, etc. Please share me your strategy.

I will share the iPhone app in private message. Its a Social networking app where users share message, follow each other, etc.

I know everything will not change in a night but the way you work can tell me what could be the future of your strategy. If any point I realise you’re wasting my time, I will stop.
