FILIPINO Virtual Assistant needed ASAP.

We are looking to hire a talented, responsible and reliable Virtual Assistant to do the majority of our Internet based advertising tasks. Very good reading/writing/speaking in English is required. **Previous experience and references are a plus** Key areas of expertise: -Microsoft Office products (word, excel, PowerPoint) -Able to do basic tasks like email, web browsing, and Internet research. -Able to produce quality articles. Understand keywords, key phrases and the importance of keyword density in articles. -Forum posting, back link building, website directory submissions, article submissions, bookmarking, etc -Wordpress interface Basic Requirements: -Minimum of 8 hours (if hired full time) per day; night or day is your choice -Must be reachable during working hours (Via chat/email/skype) -Willing to learn quickly / very organized / do many tasks at a time -Internet marketing, seo, experience -Able to work flexible hours -Must keep detailed work logs and reports daily Ideally your daily tasks will be: - Researching new keywords - Setting up blogs - Writing/posting content - Link building (forum posting, article submission, etc) Terms: (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY) -Willing to work with fixed weekly salary. Payments will be made promptly every week. If the work is unacceptable, we reserve the right to terminate the contract immediately. -First week will be a trial period, as we do not want to waste money on a non-productive Virtual Assistant, therefore your bid should be for 40 hours of work. Bids over $200 wont be considered. -This will start as a part time job, depending on performance, it could become full time. -Bonus opportunity based on performance. -We will provide video training on most tasks, but you should be comfortable with the type of work before you apply.
