Create 27 large illustrations for a childrens book

I am in a process of creating a children's book to help them learn the ABCs in Lithuanian language. The book has 54 pages. Each letter of the Lithuanian language will have 2 pages of the book, and will need one big illustration that goes across both of the pages. I am looking for an artist to draw/create 27 illustrations that will make up most of this alphabet book. Unfortunately I have a low budget, and would like to see offers closer to the £250 - £300 mark if possible. Each letter of the alphabet gets 2 pages, or a double-page (if you open a page, both the left and right pages will be for one letter, and will need one big illustration that goes across both of these pages). These pages will also contain some text but I will add that myself and this does not need to be included in the illustrations. 27 illustrations will represent 27 short stories for each of the letters of the alphabet. I have attached simple sketches I made for each of the illustrations to give you an idea of what could be drawn which I will send to you later. Text will be situated on a higher half of a page, and illustrations - on a lower half of a page. Illustrations can take a bit more space in the middle of a double-page, or on the left and right side of the picture (it depends on the objects which have to be drawn). I want illustrations to be drawn in a simple, playful and cute style. Background will mostly be white (you can improvise were you think it is necessary). Please include an example of such illustrations you have done before to give me an idea of what kind of childrens book illustration you are willing to create. Size of a printed book will approximately be 27cm X 19 cm. Therefore each illustration will sit on a double size sheet (27x38cm), though they should be a bit shorter to allow for the titles and text. It would be best to have them drawn on 27x38cm canvas, at 300dpi or higher so we could scale them up or down as needed. I will provide 2 files: a presentation file with all the sketches I made of each illustration, and a document file with descriptions of the stories and each one of the illustrations to help give an idea of what the illustration should show. Please note, the sketches have some text in Lithuanian, please ignore this text. I will add this text later, and this text is there just to give you an idea of how much of the 27x38cm canvas size the illustration should occupy and how much space should be left for the text.
