This is an illustration about TWATERBOARDING for a historically accurate coloring book aimed at an adult audience. While illustrated for children, the subject matter is dark and serious.

While waterboarding had received a lot of attention in last few years as some sort of CIA invention, its use actually goes back hundreds if not thousands of years.
We are going to set this during the Spanish-American war in the Philippines where many native and Spanish soldiers were waterboarded by American troops.
The "how to waterboard" image has a good clear arrangement. Try something like that.
Need to see one male victim, naked but for shorts, towel covering face, hands and feet tied as in images, being waterboarded by a group of soldiers. Pl,ease note. water boarding is NOT pouring water with a funnel into the mouth. It is pouring water over a rag or towel that covers the mouth while the victim's head is lower than their feet. They can't actually drown.
Scene should be outdoors during day, some palm trees in background to set the location.
