Develope an iPhone application

The initial requirements are as follows: This project involves designing simple smart phone apps. The apps needs to take voice input and recorded Voice data will be saved on server. Note that the user is giving voice data continuously and sometime the length of input could be more than 10 minutes so we need to constantly save (streaming) data over server. it is not acceptable to save the sound file on phone and once input is complete , send over to server. Mention all tools and technologies that you are going to use ( on server side). Only sound technical proposal submitted by experienced people will be considered.
