Application Bundles not storing on iOS

Application bundles that are created are not being Stored on iOS build. We need the phones to store the bundles but we cannot figure out where in the code the problem is. Android on the other hand is storing the bundles correctly and without issues. Every time we exit the App all the bundles get deleted, and click on a scene button reinstates the download. This does not happen as long as you do not shut down the app from the task manager on the iPhone ( swipe up).
