App development - repost 2

Hello my name is Niclas Wagner, I am a graphic designer from Germany Now i am in search of a App developer for iPhone and Android Apps. Roughly said the app should display different point of intrest on a map. In a adition to that it should also show where you are located. There should be a costumizable timetable. The POI have different actions which can be changed by the owner of the POI. Those users can register online to change information to their POI. Perhaps it becomes clearer if you see screenshot how it could look like. This is a very complex project. I think it would take at least 150 hours to create this. What do you think? It does also includes to program a website where the owner of the POI can register. All the information which is colected there will be displayed then in the app. How does the comunication work.
