Army Leaders Book

I would like to have an app designed for Army Noncommissioned Officers to be able to have Soldier data at the touch of a finger. As it stands now most NCO's cary around a 3 ring binder with their soldiers info in it. Pt test scores, riffle qualification scores, the chain of command , packing lists, soldiers uniform size information and so on. Every time a Soldier leaves the unit or a new one arrives a page is thrown out and replaced. When a NCO leaves a unit he/she has to print almost all the pages out. An interface that would allow the user to touch a picture of Soldiers in his or her squad, and you would be able to scroll through the important [login to view URL] a good feature would be to have the ability to export Soldier data to other NCO's if the Soldier was to move. Thats about it for now , attached is a sample leaders book that is kept by most NCO's
