TPI Recruitment Consultancy LTD. is an internet based international recruitment specialist registered in the UK & China. We now would like to hire commission based recruitment consultants to develop market of UK/Ireland/USA/Canada/Australia/New Zealand. This is a part-time Commission based position which is very suitable for college students, freelancers and anyone who have free time to do some recruitment work. Our main clients are English language schools in China and our main service is recruiting English Teachers/graduates who are interested in teaching English in China from UK/Ireland/USA/Canada/Australia/New Zealand. Job description can be found here: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] No previous experience needed but ideal candidates should be able to conduct necessary research to obtain local candidates info and reach them via cold call/email or have their own method of marketing the position (social media or etc.). The commission for recruiting each successful teacher that we can offer to you is 500USD, 50% will be paid when the candidate receive the Visa and another 50% when the candidate arrival at school. This is a on-going project and we are looking for someone to work with for long term.

As a licensed recruiter and communication graduation, here is my brief proposal: - Define the target audience/market - Select appropriate platforms/media to reach the target audience e.g prospective teachers in each countries such as UK, USA, AU etc - Conduct research in each location/region in China - Prepare the job description and introduce the places to attract more applicants to include the perks - Invite prospective teachers to apply using linkedin - Screen through all the application forms and shortlist those who meet the requirements - Conduct face-to-face interview (via Skype or phone call). - Make an offer to those who have been selected - Prepare the necessary paperwork for candidates who have taken up the offer This is a on-going effort (repeat cycle), subject to gaining more information from the employer.
