Web Application in ASP.NET (VBNET)

The project has as its starting point an Access database with Forms and Reports (DB_Autorita - [login to view URL]).
Everything must be converted into a web application made in asp.net (VBNET) which will have as database the new Access file (DB_Autorita - [login to view URL]).
The application is used to manage a set of events, then I insert an Event, and then I populate the event with one or more entities, each entity contains a list of people who might be interested in participating in that event.
The old database structure "DB_Autorita - [login to view URL]" has been transformed in the file "DB_Autorita - [login to view URL]" then the functionalities present in the old database should be replicated in the web application.
The application may only have minimal graphics but a structure that eventually will allow in the future to include other applications under one hat.
