Scraper+Translator

Scraper+Translator I need 2 applications and they correlate in the function too scrape. 1. Scrapes Posts and puts in DB and matches with current site if one post got deleted it flags in db with "true" in a column. 2. a. Scrapes a 1 News Page with, Text and Pictures. b. And translates with [login to view URL] API, with interactive function word suggestion drop down. c. And parses HTML Tags ... in to BBCODE, it should keep formatting, like for example line breaks. <h1>Headline</h1> .... [b][size=200]Headline [/size][/b] <h2>Underheading</h2> .... [quote]lorem impulsum[/quote] For number 2. it would be preferable to use electron als "local client interface", but an online User Interface is also ok and enough but will require some kind of restriction for public in form of a login username & password.
