make custom adjustments in Odoo

I have just installed Odoo and i am struggling with some issues in Odoo. I would like to change/add a couple of things like:
* Change the email template (send by email) for the sales order and invoices.
* Would like to integrate a mollie payment in the "send by email" invoice email.
if the work/price is good this freelancer will be a part of a long relationship that can do all the custom work for the Odoo erp, as we want to make this our leading company ERP. Also including multiple companies we are starting in 2017.
Some extra info.
Email template explanation:
When i send a sale order through email. I open the email and see a colored header and footer (the color needs to be altered). In the footer you have a company name that needs to be changed as it is the name of the main company, not the subcompany (multicompany install). And at the bottum it says "powered by Odoo" i need this removed.(if possible, everywhere)
If this is possible to do with a 'simple' install with a module, that is fine. So i can also use this for other companies i will add in the future.
Mollie payment explanation:
There are a couple of mollie payment modules that are used in the ecommerce or website module. But what i want is to use a mollie payment option in the sale backend. So when i send the invoice per email to the customer that the mollie lpayment link is IN that email . The customer can click on the mollie payment logo/link and pay THAT invoice.
For another task/project we also want to work with a e-signature option so the customer can place his e-signature under the sales invoice to agree with it, so we can order the products etc.
and there are more adjustments to be made to make everyhting according to our needs.
