Form On Page That Accepts Payment Through PayPal Direct Payment API

I have a client that needs a simple form on a page that will take some input from the user and accept payment through the PayPal Direct Payment API. I am a developer myself but don't have the time to take on this project personally. A few requirements/specifications - The site will be a simple single page website. - Must be built in Node.js & Express - I want this to be extremely simple as long as the core PayPal functionality works - There will be two buttons that will toggle two forms. (The forms aren't really that different. Only by a few fields.) - I would like the section where the card information is taken in to be within a modal pop-up so the user doesn't have to be taken to another screen. - After the payment has been made successfully, I want the modal to change to text that says successful payment. This will also be where I will need the text that will prompt the user to click another button that takes them to a waiver they need to sign. I will provide the link for that. I have included designs for how the page will look with the forms and modal. I also have sandbox credentials ready for PayPal. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.
