My project is basically an application that generates bar codes automatically and then generate a unique collection of invitation cards according to specific requirements. Also, the application which is available on google play and apple store will enable the occasion organizer to scan bar codes in the entrance of his venue to validate invitations cards. Ideally, I would like to have this application to get access over smart phones Whatsapp contacts and then next to each contact the number of people you would like to invite. Say, for instance that you have a contact that is named Mike and you want to invite him and his family which consists of 4 people. As a result, you will have the little window next to each name that specifies the number of invitees. Likewise, other contacts show up in the list in an alphabetical order and all invitation cards carry out a bar code that is scannable and can be sent through Whatsapp. The application will get to ask the organizer to pick a password. So, him and him alone will validate guests' bar codes. In other words, since the main function of the app is to scan bar codes to make sure all attendees are really invited, we would like to make sure that invitees do not scan each others bar codes and get their invitation cards get expired.
