D3 Datamaps with ARC + Markers

As the title says, I need a map using D3 datamaps with arcs and markers. In simple words:
- A marker where the arc draw starts
- The marker stays active until it gets to the destination
- Once it reached the destination it will show another marker
- Then just fade out nicely
More specifically, I need something similar to this:

I don't need anything else, like the fancy colors or box, just the map.
If there is anything else you can add to make it more impressive, I shall add a payment bonus.
