Looking for an intermediate/experienced designer/developer who can translate my website design in vector-format (.eps/.svg etc.) to html/css/Laravel/MySQL. This request focuses on designing the front page (see attachment). This is part of a larger project, where at least nine pages need to be designed with back-end functionality (in Laravel, coupled to a MySQL database). To start off we start with designing one page. After designing this page properly, there is an opportunity to design the remaining 8 pages with all the back-end functionality. In about five months from now the functionality needs to be further expanded and extensive back-end functionality needs to be added to the site. This will involve a serious amount of programming. Therefore we request you to design the site in Laravel to easily scale-up the demands and expand functionality. The design should be available on a short-term notice.

I have great experience working with Laravel and PHP in general. As well I am experienced in front end programming (working with CSS, Blade templates, designing for multiple screens using Bootstrap or custom) that will help in designing your first page I will code in a clean, modular manner that allows for maintenance of code and refactoring of code when necessary, and which allows the expanding of functionality. When designing the database, I also will make sure it is scalable in terms of facilitating new features and higher amounts of users.

Hello, first off, does it have to be Laravel? I suggest using native PHP because it's easier to maintain. In case you insist, I can work with a framework as well, but I'd rather do native PHP. Dear Sir/Madam, I'd like to work in this project. I am really good with Laravel, HTML and MySql. Regarding CSS I consider using bootstrap, because it gives the flexibility to target every device.
