Hi, I'm an experienced Salesforce developer, for at least 4 years. I've already created several VF pages with dynamic searches and filters. Using javascripts, jquery and angularjs.

I have 3 years of development experience in configuration and customization. I have worked on similar requirement in my projects development. To Develop the functionality I will be creating one page with table which will have columns with sort functionality. At top there will be 5 filters with a button. On button click table will get refreshed and records matching the filters will be displayed. I will be using pagination to make 'n' number of records to be displayed at a time('n' will be decided according to better look and feel). Every record displayed will have checkbox with select all checkbox at the header column. At the right bottom end, will have button to push all the selected records to the controller to process further. This is my understanding of the project. We can discuss further if you have any questions or improvements in the design.
