Google Maps API on hidden div

I've looked at several questions that are similar, but I'm still not finding a resolution. I have this page: [login to view URL] It has a google map (pulled via the Maps API) that is displayed when you click on the "directions" tab. The problem is the map is initializing when the div is hidden, and when a user clicks on the div the map is not centered. I need code added to resize the map when a user click on the "Direction" tab. I tried using the code from this pag: [login to view URL] but since my "tabs" are actually <li>, it needs some adjusting to work.
