So the goal is to have an theme similar to this one [login to view URL] It should be based on Bootstrap, have clean code, well documented and must be built by all [login to view URL] standards so it get's approved. The goal is not to copy this one, but make a similar one, so it would use similar techniques as in this theme - like the menu following when scrolling down, the text jumping around the images et, but with a fresh, easily customazible design and some pre-included color variations.
