House keeper cleaner per hour

4-5 hours per week on Friday anytime between 6am-3pm. We are looking to have someone assist with all general cleaning, vacuuming all carpet/rugs, vacuuming then mopping all tiled surfaces, bathrooms, toilets, showers, all kitchen cleaning, dishes cookery washing and putting away, all dusting vacuuming window cleaning, sweeping/blowing outdoors. Other tasks include: Mail in, ironing up to 10 business shirts and 5 pants at a time. Laundering and drying/putting away clothes. Changing bed sheets and laundering. Putting all laundry away. Other tasks by negotiation/ability and needs could include lawn mowing and car washing. Food prep would be basic dishes per an easy recipe and instructions ie roast vegetables, make 10 containers full of salad as per a basic recipe. Prepare a slow cooker recipe in the pot and leave in fridge for us to use during week. It may be as simple as cut and bag food for us to process. No intricate cooking needed. All equipment and consumables provided. We are an easy going professional couple and will provide ongoing communication and clear instruction on how the little things can be done. We are looking for someone who will take the initiative and clean out the fridge when needed, throw away out of date produce, clean microwave, wipe door trims, dust top of power points and skirting etc. someone who keeps busy and works the full hours. Writes things down on a list of we need to buy them. We have hired in the past and had people (mostly agencies) that just vacuum the same spots on the floor week after week and do it as quick as possible and leave early etc etc. We are looking for the ideal someone who is reliable and will keep the house to standard.
