I would like to hire a Website Designer

I need a talented web designer to create desktop, tablet, and mobile Photoshop mockups for my new web development resume/portfolio website. The design should be modern, responsive, edgy and experimental. Uniqueness is preferred over clean but stale professionalism. Most importantly, it should show off my development abilities via some slick interaction design and UX. I'm looking for a single-page-scroller design with a handful of discrete sections: Resume, My Work, About, Contact. I will also need a "view details" template for individual projects in the My Work section. I have a history as a web designer/developer, but have been less comfortable with my design abilities in recent years, so I'm trying to convert my design portfolio into a development portfolio — with a better design than I could have come up with myself!
