WEBSITE REDESIGN
UX designer required to redesign existing small business website (not ecommerce). Approximately 50 pages.
The site will need to be recomposed to reflect UX principles and user goals. Limited graphic design skills will be required, as this is a low-fidelity project that focuses heavily on UX, navigation and conversion rather than the aesthetics of the website. We are not interested in high fidelity mockups.
There are two issues with the site:
- Information Architecture
- Content format
User feedback indicates the site is hard to read, and difficult to find what they are looking for
Due to the structure of information as well as the way the content is displayed
TASKS
- content inventory
- Define new information architecture
- new navigation model
- Describe approximately three main journeys
- Wireframes for principal flows
The deliverables should be sufficiently explicit for the web design team to implement the site redesign without extensive queries.
