Web front-end design(HTML/CSS/JS)

Hello, I would like to create a price compare website and looking for front-end designer to design a web layout with HTML coding, the following are the requirement , Sample website : https://www[dot]moneyhero[dot]com[dot]hk/en 1. The modification from the template/existing web(e.g the example/demo given) are not accepted, we will do the source code audit. 2. We only need HTML/CSS/JS(front-end) source code, no need to handling the backend part. 3. Some of the original illustration may needed depends on the design. The illustration must original drawing, we will perform plagiarism check. 4. Please propose your idea with draft and discuss together before start coding 5. Please also do the logo design 6. The website is really focus on the virtual design, so your portfolio with beautiful web design would be benefit. 7.
