Video Game Concept (PC GAME)

I want to make a multiplayer game that is a first person shooter, but has base building, and factories to make. For reference, the factory part of this game i would like to kind of be similar to Factorio, a factory building and factory defense game for 2012, one which i am very fond of. I want this game to have a huge open expanse to explore and find new land in which to build your factories, I also want there to be teams, with their own factories and defenses, like electric fences, and bullet shields. I am also kinda hoping there to be some kind of ai enemies, like monsters, that the player will have to fight, and they spawn from bases, which the player has to destroy to keep them from spawning. I want there to be immense flexibility for the player, like the ability to do simple logic gates to control where and when things will be or get done, i also want the player to have to dig underground with either a pickaxe, and eventually drills, and even excavating machines like the Bagger 288, and maybe even things like quarries, and getting this better tech will require better and better materials, and more and more research to be done, to unlock the tech. Another reference would be to a Minecraft mod, called Buildcraft, where i got the ideas of quarries and logic gates and pipes for transport. (Also hoping to get some robotics in, with the option for Factorio type control(very basic) or Buildcraft type control(very hard)). Side note: I don't have a lot of money, so I can't pay a whole lot up-front, however when the game is released, I can make a deal with whoever takes this up, to take a hefty share of all the profits from the game for as long as it exists.
