This logo is © Sphere, Inc., along with any changes you will make to it.
Going clockwise, the width of each bar in our logo is based on digits of pi (3 1 4 1 5 9...) and after the first 20 digits of pi are taken care of with the width of each bar, the "brightness" of each bar is based on the next 20 digits of pi (6 2 6 4 3 3 8 3 2 7 9 5 0 2 8 8 4 1 9 7).
The task is as follows:
1. Change the "Sphere" writing from black to white.
2. Save the purple from one of the "9 bars" (for example, the big one at the top left), and then:
a) Update the logo so that 9 is white, 0 is the purple above, and all "bar brightness" levels in between are the correct gradients of these two extremes.
b) Update the logo so that 0 is white, 9 is the purple above, and all "bar brightness" levels in between are the correct gradients of these two extremes.
3. We will decide which one is best (A or B) and you should update all of the attached files to the new color scheme.
This should be fairly quick and easy to do for someone with limited to intermediate experience in logo design.
If this task is done right, we also have a full-time designer opening that we can discuss afterwards.
