United States County Map Graphic Design Needed ASAP

I need someone to provide 2 maps with different US counties filled in. We're going to do an animation of the map and need to be able to access individual counties through an Adobe Illustrator file. All the fills would need to be on one layer and the remaining map data would need to be on the second layer. We need 2 different maps - one would have 301 counties filled in. The other map would have 20 counties filled in. You would be responsible for finding the maps. We will provide a list of the counties to fill in. Attached is an example of one of the maps we'd need (which shows all 50 states). The start date shows starting tomorrow, but we'd need this done today - preferably within the next few hours. Please provide sample file(s) you'd like to use (jpg is fine) and provide us with estimated turnaround time.
