I am a student at the University of Cape Town in South Africa, studying towards a business science majoring in Finance with Accounting. I have extensive knowledge about all sports, in particular rugby. Furthermore I have had major success betting on rugby both pre game and in-play. Thus I want to start a website where I post my betting predictions, as well as my in-play bets. I have many other ideas about what 'sections' (not sure of the wording) that the website should have, however I will share these once I have selected a freelancer. In the beginning users can simply go onto the website and view it. However after building up customers I then want to restrict the website to only allow access to users who sign up through their name, email address, username, password etc. Then even further into the future once I have proved to customers I can provide them with reliable returns - I want to start charging customers a fee per year/month that can be paid via credit card or instant eft, cheque card, instant EFT etc. Ideally I want someone who has sufficient knowledge about sports(rugby in particular) and the betting industry to help me with this project.
