Simple mobile html page design

Simple mobile html template design (responsive) that looks good on mobile devices. This will be an easy mobile web page and needs to be as efficient in size as much as possible, so that it has good load speeds. The page will contain mostly the following items: Logo Brand Name Address Tagline 3 Clickable Buttons at the bottom (buttons change items on the page) Please see the attached images for reference. I am looking for similar functionality and layout, but more visually appealing. Color Palette - Nothing specific, though neutral flat UI colors are preferred. Types of Button (at a time any 3 of the following will be on the page) : Call Us Gallery (Carousel/Slider View) Location / Map Visit Website * use grids layout(responsive) for buttons Primary Display resolutions : 320x480px, Desktop full screen, Standard mobile and tablet browser full screen Other Instructions: Do not use any copyrighted assets. Don't use Bootstrap or jquery. Feel free to use pure JS wherever you feel necessary to enhance UX. It should not use any big css framework such as bootstrap. However you can use a small framework if it is not too big in size (greater than 10KB). Primary Display resolutions : 320x480, Desktop full screen, Mobile browser full screen Deliverables : PSD / Source file of the mockup design HTML CSS JS code of the selected mockups Maximum of 3 revisions (*not required if the mockup design is accurately replicated in earlier versions) Payment would be 20% upfront (after your mockup is selected and you deliver the source files) and rest on completion. Needless to say, there would be more work in the future for the right person. Bid along with sample of similar work that you may have done in the past and ideally send me watermarked mockups as well.
