Seeking very skilled professionals in photoshop editing and photo manipulation to recreate a real life photo of a couple on their wedding day. I have two (separate) photos of my great-grandparents (one is old but viewable while the other is blurry). I would like someone to change their outfits (dress for the mother and tuxedo for the father) and make them appear younger (in their 20s in the 1940s). So, the overall project is to (1) recreate a wedding photo of my great-grandparents and (2) make them appear younger (possibly drawing a real life sketch from the photos I have of them then adding features and color) and (3) manipulate their outfits with a dress for the mother and a tuxedo for the father and hairstyles appropriate for that time period. I have a very large budget, therefore I am only considering those who have experience, are skilled, have samples to provide, and are able to accomplish the goals for this project. The timeline is 25-30 days, but will consider expanding if need be
