PERSONAL BRAND REFRESH-CRYSTAL CARSON

You can see my current content [login to view URL] The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing visually appealing design pieces for multiple audiences within specific timeframes, including web pages, flyers, signs, banners, digital graphics, advertisements, and other communications materials. Brand & Design Marketing Specialist will bring leadership to designing and implementing a cohesive visual experience for Crystal Carson’s personal brand presence. The brand and graphic design expert will work closely with Crystal Carson’s creative direction. The ideal candidate will foster an environment of collaboration, transparency, and innovation. Responsibilities Perform ongoing maintenance of existing design assets. Revise and improve based on feedback and business/industry changes Design, produce, and update client-facing business presentations. Ensure content accuracy and appropriateness, maintain brand adherence and consistency in tone/voice, and meet quality standards and expectations. Develop design and produce a suite of graphics from conception to conclusion. Schedule projects, define budget constraints, conceptualize visuals based on requirements, prepare rough drafts and present ideas to Crystal Carson. Update artwork, illustrations and other designs as needed using software, following the appropriate guideline (colors and layouts) for each event Work with Crystal Carson to produce final design, and amend designs after feedback. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Manages project-based tasks for domestic and regional conferences to assist marketing managers including, but not limited to: creative production of brochures, booths, journal, and newspapers. Assists on content creation for social media channels, and develops appropriate sales enablement tools including custom communications and collateral. Manages creative production of online and offline marketing assets, graphic design, and other brand assets from the initial concept to finished product and execution.
