Be part of something special: Build a new video sharing experience!

Dear You, I want to work with someone who is friendly, fun, loving and has a palpable sense of excitement about my vision: To create a video sharing website that provides a creative space for people to combine their life experiences with our colourful imagination. The website will be designed so that every video uploaded by users will automatically have a special effect applied to the video. (Effect to be specified on selection). This is how we combine "experience" with "imagination". To provide the users with space for their creative input, secondary special effects should be optional/applicable. Normal sound recordings will remain, but the visual will have this special effect automatically applied. The conceptual design and layout of the website will be combine the best elements of: breath-taking simplicity, inspiring novelty, and a touch of love presented with class -- let's remember to keep some edge! In terms of functionality, users should be able to (easily!) login in*, upload videos, create channels and also be recommended to similar videos. There should be a way to track views, approve the video, share it and other similar video sharing website features. At it's 2.0 version, I'd like the website to have facial recognition ability --so please let's design with this in mind. *I'd like users to have the ability to login via Facebook, Yahoo or Googlemail, etc. I'm looking for someone competent, thorough and proactive who could become a friend. On the technical side, I'm seeking someone with demonstrated and great technical ability to design such a website. Please show portfolio. Experience with Adobe PhotoShop, and other animation-effect generators will be critical, as well as Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash Media Interactive Server 3, Moyea Web Player Pro . This project will be commissioned in early 2016, so please be patient with review of applications, selection process and response time. The timeline of building website will be agreed, please also note price includes multiple (10) revisions.
