I would like to obtain a quote for turning a text consumer education piece we have into a graphic version (preferably manga-style, online and print) aimed at Chinese and Indian app developers, etc. It will be in English with the ability to plug in other languages, starting with Chinese (we have a provider who is turning the text into Chinese already). Is this something in your wheelhouse? Can you give me a range of options/prices? This is the source material: [login to view URL] We were thinking something interactive like this but with more graphics: [login to view URL] We’ve done fotonovelas before for Spanish speakers, so that gave me the idea of doing something similar, only adapted to the Chinese market: [login to view URL] It doesn’t necessarily have to be a replication of the fotonovelas storyboard idea; I was giving you a sense of what we’ve done in the past. Since it’s a 6-step educational guide aimed at getting developers to ask key questions so that they can determine what they need to do to make sure they are in compliance with the law, I was thinking of a 6-page presentation of the information with surrounding artwork, with each page . Perhaps the animated character could be a developer who is confronted with having to determine how s/he can comply with the requirements as she is creating an app that may have an audience that includes minors. (see our recent case against TikTok: [login to view URL] We are flexible in terms of how the information is presented, as long as it’s done in a way that is engaging (the current version is just text and it’s unlikely developers are going to read through all of it). If you have any creative ideas as to how to present the material for educational purposes while being visually appealing, we are all ears. We are planning a series of Informational Sessions in China in September, so ideally we'd like to have something by the end of August. It would be something we could hand out that would also be accessible on our web page. We’d like to have a web page that users could click on the various steps for information and it would open up to the artwork showing the stages of development and the features/concepts that the developer should be considering. (In the future we may consider turning the content into videos.)

Hey there. I really like the concept behind this illustration. It's sort of spiritualistic in nature. But yeah, I can do this illustration for you. I think color will pop the image more and bring out the entire mood of the illustration properly. So I'll suggest you go for that instead of just b/w.
