Graphic design of cover art for engineering textbook

I'm looking for someone to do some artistic rendering of an image concept to be used for the cover of an engineering machine design textbook. Complete rights to the resulting image will need to be given to the publisher. To give an idea of the scope of the project, I'll describe what I want. However, I'll want to discuss details with whoever is selected for the project before getting too deep into it. Start with the attached image Figure7.4. Rotate it to any desired orientation. It doesn't have to stay "flat" on the page, but should remain as a schematic type drawing. I'll want to change the choice of which pieces are highlighted with color. Next, take the long shaft (currently in blue, long and vertical, on the left side), and make it pop out of the schematic as a more photorealistic 3D shaft. Sort of showing the real part that came from the schematic drawing. Next, I want to incorporate a montage of several relevant graphs from the textbook, very lightly as background texture. It's mostly for visual effect, but to an observant mechanical engineer it will be a meaningful suggestion of the work behind the final part. I'm imagining them not being just flat square images, but as a mosaic of images that have been given some perspective. This is where an artist's eye and skill can decide what works best. I would supply several images of graphs that could be used, as many or as few as are deemed visually appealing. I have attached an example of one of the graphs.
