Fix email signature to work in Outlook and Mail

I've designed my email signature and it works well in Apple Mail but my clients keep telling me how crappy it is in Outlook. When the client responds to the email, the logo comes back massive in the email content. Im not sure if I need a developer to look at it. I need someone who has experience in this space - or who has experienced this problem before. I've had a great designer look at it and he can't work out why its not working properly in Outlook.

Can you show the design you are trying to incorporate? Outlook always takes issue with a newsletter and mail design. Show me design screenshot. I use something to make my signature. I can suggest you better.
