we are a reseller of [url removed, login to view] We want to develop a financial backend system for our employees and we need a website clone of our partner company. We are offering international financial services for our customers.
In this project you will first clone the website of our partner and afterwards you will develop a backend system for our business. For the website clone you will create a new logo and a slightly different webdesign, so that we have a unique design and our customers won`t see us just as a reseller, but as an autonomous business.
Our business is based on financial transaction forwarding. We work with several money exchangers like western union, moneygram and other companies. Our employees will work as subcontractors for us and they will receive german payments and than forward them worldwide.
The backend system needs to do several tasks:
- Management of applications and employees
- Employee management
- Payment management
- Cost and profit calculations
Please let me explain all parts in detail:
1. Management of applications and employees:
On our website you will make an online application form for new employees.
Our employees can send us their applications with that application form.
In our backend system we can manage those applications. If we would like
to hire an employee, we can automatically send him a message through the backend
system. That message will contain his login credentials for our backend system.
The backend system will then automatically add this new employee as an user to the system.
2. Employee management:
In our system we will have an employee chat. This chat allows us to communicate with our employees, if they encounter any problems. We have the possibility to add one specific payment receiver for each employee, or if we didn´t specify one specific receiver for all payments, we can add a receiver for each single payment.
When the employee logs in for the first time with his user credentials, he will ad his
bank account information (Name, IBAN, BIC, Bank). These bank account information are
forwarded to our branches and our payment management employees by us and they will be accessible in our employee management.
Each employee gets a fixed interes rate for each payment (0,4%) and he gets a fixed payment each month of 450 Euro. We can adjust the interest rate and payments in our backend system and specify them for all employees at the same time.
Our employee has an overview about each payment, the receiver and his profit inside of his terminal. There he can see an overview about his monthly revenue.
3. Payment management:
Our employees can add new payments. They add the sender´s bank account information and the payment description, together with the amount. Than our system will automatically calculate profits and costs. After the employee has added a payment, he will either see the payment receiver and a note on how to send the money (Send with Western Union, Moneygram), or he sees a notification, that the receiver is added soon, if he is not sending everyhting to a single receiver.
In our admin system we have an overview about each employee, the amount of payments he received and the amount he forwarded. Also we will see profits. We can add the % amount in the system, that
will be used to calculate our profit from each payment.
We can also see an overview about the receivers and how much money they have received + profit and costs.
4. Cost anf profit calculations:
These calculations are already mentioned for the previous tasks.
After you have been choosen to do this project, we can discuss all tasks again in detail. The backend system for management has to be coded in german. We can do the translation from english to german. The frontend page has to be in german, english and spanish. You can take the content form our partner website.
Our partner does not want to give us the source code for their website, so we have to develop our own solution.
