I need an existing website rebuilt. We currently have a website which is basically complete but the layout is not as professional as I would like it to be. It is a WordPress website. I would like for a professional to analyze my website and make changes to it so that it is user friendly, professional and secure. There are two options: 1. Take our website as it is and make a few changes to make it more user-friendly, professional and especially secure as it was compromised I don't know in what way and then load it onto a new/ clean, cpanel at a new hosting company. 2. Do a complete rebuilt of our website using our content and information and put it on a new / clean cpanel at a new hosting company. And make sure it secure as possible . Please make sure you are 100% capable of assisting us in our project before responding and please respond with your plan for our website, which hosting company you suggest as well as how you will secure our website. Thank you

In your description you have given two options like either solve the bugs, make changes and host it in new c panel or, create a whole new site from scratch and then host it in new c panel.
