Duplicate an iOS App Onboarding Flow using Ionic/Cordova for iOS and Android

We're looking for someone to duplicate an iOS app onboarding flow and help us build it into an Ionic/Cordova app that can be installed on both iOS and Android. Video link of onboarding flow we'd like to copy: [login to view URL] We've identified the following major features/technical challenges for the onboarding flow: -- max volume on phone to continue -- gyroscope reading at specific angle to continue -- continuous check for gyroscope while running camera feed to ensure the specific angle stays the same for the camera feed capture process -- frame detection for when someone is completely still for 3 seconds (e.g. frame has minimal pixel changes for 3 seconds) --primary video capture (rotating person) --stop video capture when frame is completely still for 3 seconds (e.g. frame has minimal pixel changes for 3 seconds) --secondary video capture (background with nobody in it) --ask a bunch of "follow-up" questions about the video to confirm the user did the right thing with frames from the video present on the page and redirect them back into the video flow if they answer "no" to any of the questions" --submit both primary and secondary videos to a REST API endpoint Additional features/screens that we'll need include: -- login screen with e-mail/password fields, login button, signup button, and "forgot password" link that POSTs to a REST API endpoint we have already defined and can display errors if the response is not "success" -- "forgot password" screen with e-mail field, "send reset link" button, and "login" button that POSTs to a REST API endpoint we have already defined -- "signup" screen with name, email, phone, password, invite code fields that POSTs to a REST API endpoint we have already defined and can display errors if the response is not "success" -- "webview" screen that loads a webpage from a specific URL we define once logged in The app MUST WORK IDENTICALLY ON BOTH iOS AND ANDROID! We're looking for someone who has experience with Ionic/Cordova and can build for both platforms with a unified experience. We need basic content filmed with audio as placeholders for the app while we create professionally-filmed content as well, and we'll rely on you to create that too. We'd like to hire someone who has experience with UI/UX and has an eye for design, as we'd like to continue working with whomever does this job for the next 9-12 months as we iterate on the design/workflow.
