Director controlling a play

i need to make an ( simple ) animation for below theme there would be one role ( person) as a director there would be 10 different roles ie basically 10 different persons. the director directs a play i.e ask the roles to perform some action. all the roles are performing their part, while they are performing one of the role ( person ) breaks from the play and approaches the director for change of role. the director does not listens to him and upon multiple requests then finally director changes the persons role and he happily joins back the play. i have shared you the background needed for this animation have shared how the director and the different roles should like ( a basic prototype of the roles ) i dont need too much of animation work, but just the animation should be sufficient enough to portray my above mentioned point. do let me know if you are clear and then we can further discuss on the next steps
