I am looking for a designer to program a web app that will allow users to upload a photo and create a pixelated mosaic. The mosaic should have specified color sets, and be scalable so that the size of each pixel can be increased and decreased. The output should be a line by line matrix of instructions to create the mosaic, as well as color count for each pixel. A website with similar basic features of what we are looking for can be found at: [login to view URL] We would like many more options such as image size, pixel resolution and color options. The web app should be designed so that the the end user has a fast and easy experience. The application should be run on the server side so that it does not slow down the browser.
