Good day,
I need a video designed. I will need 3 2D characters designed and then animated, and 1 3D character to be animated (already rigged). I have already compiled the storyboard and script, while the voiceover is in the pipeline so meanwhile I need a quote.
The storyboard has 30 panels in total and majority of the videos I already created, so you'll be doing mostly embedding. Will need sound effects added to the video and a jazzy, kind of smart and innovative backround music, which has a hint of comedy to it.
My budget is not all that great, but I can guarantee you further projects in the future.
