We are looking to create an aesthetically pleasing, minimalist aesthetic reusable cup. Tactile, and ergonomic feel. This should be: - able to fit under commercial coffee machines and therefore should be approximately 10.5cm in height. - The mouth opening of 8.5cm in diameter. Tapering down 5.5cm in diameter at the base (see attached image called [login to view URL]). Ideally, this cup should be glass and double walled, with the inside glass being angulated different (view image called [login to view URL]). - The lid (preferably also made out of glass) should be embedded, with a silicon seal. ( see image called: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) - The hole must be able to fit a straw and be semicircular in shape, with the flat edge against the edge of the lid (see attached image called [login to view URL]). - Dishwasher and microwavable safe. - BPA free. See our other requirements as listed. Needs a mouth piece like a normal coffee container Needs a neat cover for mouth piece Must be made of material that does not smell/preferably does not retain smell. Material must not alter taste of coffee Must fit under a coffee machine Must fit in a car cup holder Must last forever!! Must stay warm for a long time Must be able to drink from the cup with ease when cap is removed Mandatory: BPA free. Dishwasher safe. Must fit under a coffee machine Must fit in a car cupholder Preferences/possibilities Double wall glass/tempered glass Silicon lid Embedded inward lid

Hi there, This is Bogdan from Romania. I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - double wall is ok 2 - lid/cover/spout also ok 3 - type of glass and plastic/silicone is strictly about what you'll ask from the manufacturer (i will design the parts with respect for the material type, but in the end is only between you and the manufacturer) 4 - sorry, but nothing last forever... 5 - for the lid made of glass will be necessary a plastic/silicone ring or at least a sort of gasket 6 - for a better behavior of the cup/lid assembly while drinking would be preferably to have the silicone ring on the outside... 7 - the mouth piece (drinking spout) could be made to be foldable - this way will make the seal when folded and allow sipping when erected etc, etc...
