Design an onboarding experience flow chart/graphic

We need someone to come up with an creative graphic / chart to tell our customers what they need to do after they log into his account. This is what we expect the user to do after they sign up with us: 1. Go to My Profiles -> Address book tab to add address. Every shipping carrier requires a Ship From address. For [login to view URL] or EasyPost, the ship from address must be an USA address. 2. Go to Manage Stores page to connect your stores to EMS. Some stores require access key (e.g. Prestashop, amazon etc), some stores can be connected automatically (Shopify, Etsy, eBay etc) 3. Go to Carriers page to add shipping carriers. Shipping carriers are the shipping companies that allow you to purchase shipping label online. We also support transportation carriers such as ChitChats and StallionExpress. 4. Go to Manage Orders page, watch new orders to come. Shopify and WooCommerce orders are synchronized almost instantly, other store's orders are synchronized every 60 minutes, but you can always perform a manual sync. 5. Print and ship. Query the shipping rates based on the item dimension and weight, select the preferred mailing method, print the shipping label to your label or laser printer instantly. 6. Our system completes the order automatically. EMS automatically uploads the tracking numbers to the corresponding store and completes the order. Automatically updates the inventory quantity across all your connected stores. Shipment information are automatically uploaded to transportation carrier (ChitChats or StallionExpress) if needed. So basically, the chart/graphic should clearly present the above steps. Step 1, 2 and 3 are one time setup steps. Step 5 is our customers main focus, and our system perform step 4 and 6 automatically. Please also use icons/ line charts or whatever you come up with to clearly describe the customers only need to do step 5 daily, and 4, 6 are automated, and 1,2,3 are one time thing. I'm attaching a handwriting chart of what's in my mind, but please only use this as a reference, remember I am not a designer. I need your creative ideas. I am also attaching one example I found on internet, as the example, but please do NOT limit your imagination to the samples I give!
