Design and Build Wordpress Site

I need my gaming website redesigned and rebuilt. [login to view URL] The site uses the The7 theme, which comes with WPBakery Page Builder (Visual Composer) and Revolution Layer Slider. I have purchased three premium plugins, Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder, AccessPress Ultimate Author Box, AccessPress Social Login, and Smart Review. The homepage and 4 main pages will all need to be designed, as well as a layout template for each of the 4 post types. Pages for Privacy Policy and Terms of Service will need to be prepped, and a contact page with contact form and submissions page with a required agreement page that leads to a submissions form page will need to be designed and built. On the homepage, a reviews section or widget will need to be designed preferably using existing reviews posts that contain the Smart Review plugin. You can find a visual template for this design on [login to view URL] on that homepage on the right is a reviews widget. I will provide the preferred colors and font. This is a video game website that will have game reviews, hardware top 10 lists and reviews, game strategies and tips, and a whole lot of game and game hardware related news. The main menu may need to be reorganized. A featured Revolution Layer Slider should be the first or main component, followed by a news list and then a game reviews widget or section. The homepage will need to display hardware posts and game tips posts as well. At the bottom, above the footer, will need to be a full width Editor's Picks section of permanent posts. If a premium plugin is required or suggested by you, you must include that information in your bid proposal or during discussion prior to being awarded the project. You will need to design and then build the website based on the design. Your bid is non-negotiable, so please consider all of the information provided before submitting your bid. There is no required timeline for conpletion of this project, so please do not submit a bid with a suggested timeline that will put you in a rush. This is the second attempt at designing and building this website. The goal is only to do it right and get it done. All current website content is only temporary filler content.
