Design SN4 Brochure

We have designed several brochures in the past. Now, we want another one developed for our next project. Please look at our past brochures for the general look etc that we would want on this brochure also. “OLD_SN2_Brochure-new_lowRes” This new brochure mock up design is the “20180616 Brochure Design” file in this folder. The internal condo images are in the folder “HiRes inside Pictures”. The current brochure will comprise of 2 sheets of letter size, which when folded in two will give us a total of 8 pages. We want all the attached text and images laid out in a professional page. Looks like if we gave them single page files it would be good. Make sure while designing you give me a version with the guidelines so that we can make sure no text is cut off. It’s a must to fit the pages in a template provided by the printer. I want the guidelines that the printer provides to be seen while developing so that we can make sure that it doesn’t get rejected by the printer. Take care that the center page which will have a single aerial image to be aligned at the cut line so that when we see it in the double page center fold, the images are aligned properly. We need a final print file in a minimum of 300 DPI. We will also need a version in PSD or other editable file that we can edit for any small corrections
