Create a website and system for selling turn-key websites

I want a website built that visitors can go to and then buy a turnkey website with a template that we have made. I am looking for a company or developer who can build the entire system so I will need everything quoted and priced (databases, servers, etc). I will need some direction as far as the best method for people purchasing the domains and hosting for the turnkey websites. The turnkey websites will be a single page that customers can choose their domain, and page name (on the actual website itself) and should have an input during checkout where they can post a referral link that populates on their page. If you have the ability to do all of this I will explain the project in further detail. This is part of a smaller goal and I will be looking for future partners.
