Create a Design for Frontend Website

Hi, I wanted a DESIGN for the frontend of a website created. This is website design concept that will eventually be made into a site by a frontend dev. This design can be created in figma, illustrator, photoshop or etc… Any web service i.e. wix works fine as well. Primarily wanted designs for two pages: the homepage, a pop-up, and a generic page (i.e. about us).
Short description: The website is a news aggregator. The homepage features a centered logo, some description text, search bar, filtering menu, and submit button. When something is submitted in the search bar, the results are laid out on the screen in a table format under the submit button. I want a complete re-design of the homepage, but most importantly I want design ideas for the table format in which the results are laid out.
FYI deeper info: Each result that is returned will be contained in a “card.” The table format will be 3 columns. The results/cards will be placed into one of the 3 columns.
