Create UI Design of Desktop Application (Sketches already made)

The Project: I am an aspiring entrepreneur with an idea of a desktop application that develops SaaS solutions in a No-Code fashion (a No - Code Development Platform). I have approached an Angel Investor for funding for the creation of the same. These Designs required are pre-MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and thus will be the essential means for any stakeholder (Angel Investor, VC, Developers, Partners etc) to be able to Visualize what I have in mind for the product to-be. Who am I: My name is Rohan Singh Jamwal and I work as a Product Manager at Naukri.com. I completed my MBA from NMIMS Mumbai and despite having followed the conventional path, my desire for Starting up has never faded; only grown. Have I done anything yet: I have outlined a large portion of the features and functionalities required. I have also created 5 sketches for the 5 different screens that I'm looking for Where am I: I stay in Noida Preferences/Misc: I would prefer someone who stays in the Delhi NCR region as I would like to meet and discuss the idea as a whole and have you understand the Sketches. Is there something remotely similar to what I have in mind? : You can look into a video game development software like Unity or Unreal Engine 4. Further you could look at the Google App Maker (simple and rudimentary) for some basic, somewhat related references, in case you're interested.
