Convert Joomla website template to JS/PhP

I have a Joomla website template with 6 sub-pages that I purchased. I have a hard time customizing it with Joomla editors. I would like to convert the entire template to Java Script and PhP so I can edit the page easily in DreamWeaver or similar. The template is hosted on [login to view URL] (I also have the template in a zip file). The page needs to be mobile friendly as well, just like the current template.
Once the template is converted, I would like to add a photo gallery to the "Photos" page from a different JS/PhP template that I also have. A sample of that photo gallery is here: [login to view URL]
Finally, I would like the site to have a facebook or email login required to view the photos. Similar to the following sample: [login to view URL]
